Company was closed in 2021 so this is not rebox but just double.

Ownership of the company is meaningless. Box is exactly the same, catalogue number is exactly the same so this is doubled entry, not new release or reissue with changes.

A reissue doesn't need to have changes. Italeri does this all the time. They just re-released a Daf 95 truck from ages ago. Being from a newer date can matter as mould wear out and such

Italeri changes decals, adds or replaces some parts, changes boxarts, catalogue numbers and so on. All of this is described in their newsletter for distributors and we can add such kits as a new release with exact info what was changed.

This particular kit is not an reissue, this is ordinary restock, nothing was changed. Manufacturers can restock their kits even 2-3 times per year if sales are good enough and deliveries are required. Do you plan to add all that noise and make Scalemates useless?
