There where two different issues in 1988. The are only different the writing on the side of the box:
One says
"ERTL Stock #6354 Replaces MPC Stock #1-3720"

The other doesn't have such a writing. In the same Corner is the "Trademark of Chevrolet..." description.

At least: one different to the older issue Ghost Rider (MPC 1-3720, 1:25) is the writing on the box deck:
"Over 100 parts" instead of "A Goden Oppurtunity Kit"
