Thanks guys. Just bought this Takom Panther and a set of German tank riders after I found the black and white picture of the Panther in Normandy and started modelling. Let's see where this project will go.

The Panther is ready for a coat of primer. Construction is complete. Added some jerry cans to the hull and a helmet to the turret. Also added the machine gun to the turret cupola and gave it a little PE upgrade.

Started working on the base using leftover foam parts.

The Panther has got a layer of grey primer and now a black layer of paint for preshading when applying the dark yellow base color.

Thanks Rui. Did some more work on the base. Added more leftover pieces of foam and it looks alot more like the base of the Normandy bocage now.

Finished the construction of the foam part of the base of the hedgerow. Next step is adding sand to it.

Added sand to the base and after drying, I spraypainted it black. Now working on the base with scenery material which is making good progress.

Added a new set of photos of the Panther from all kind of angles. Added a little bit of dried mud and sand to the upper parts of the hull and to the turret roof.

The 4 German infantry soldiers are done. Only thing left to do is add a bit of mud to their boots. That leaves the 2 tankers to be finished.
