Tony Leung AuthorI guess so. I have both MPC/Round 2 issues. You can just compare their instruction sheets if you don't have the kit. The parts breakdown of the cockpit /pilot pod are the same. Only the solar wings are different.
I need to pull out my Fine Molds 1/48 TIE Fighter to compare them for size.

Tony Leung AuthorDavid. I compared the fuselage of the MPC kits to the Fine Molds kits, the FM kits "seems" a bit bigger. 1/51 versus 1/48 that is hard to see the difference.
