RuiGreat work in the Camo. I think the soft edges look great, regardless of if it's unorthodox.
Cheaper alternative to Tamiya tape I use is simply a big roll of fine automotive masking tape on Amazon. works out to about 25 cents a metre 😁
Just search for automotive masking tape and you should fine a few options.
