You can write a mail to the manufacturer. If you are luky you can get a replacement.
There are also products to stabilize brittle decals, but I have never tried them. However, they would no longer help with the decal in the photo.
Due to the size, masking and painting will probably not be an option?

Hey Nicolas danke Dir für deine Tipps.
Habe HPM geschrieben, mal sehen ob sie helfen können.
Könnt mich so ärgern das ich sie nicht vorher eingescannt habe.
Lehrgeld wird mir nicht nochmal passieren.

Ich hatte das Problem noch schlimmer bei meiner Arado 240. Revell konnte leider nicht helfen, da meine Markierungsvariante seit über 15 Jahren nicht mehr produziert wurde. Nach über 5 Jahren Baupause kamen dann passende Zubehördecals raus. Seither wird immer an einem nicht benötigten Decal getestet. Ich drück Dir auf jeden Fall die Daumen.

my advice is to make always a scan (600 dpi jpeg) of the decal sheet. you can use that to print a replacement on decal paper.
