Then they say the pre-order will be available from their wholesale partners. Which wholesale partners? Then come to find out who their wholesale partners don't have this for pre-order...

John AuthorSprue Brothers and a few others have them in the US for pre-order. I ordered mine through Exito because of their good prices.
