I did a 1/144 mikromir Holland class a while ago, but this looks more refined. It is of course a lot larger. I recently found out that the Dutch navy had their own Holland class in the early stages of Dutch submarine service. It was build in Holland, slightly different from the machine in the mikromir and this kit.
Looking forward to seeing more!

Yea, these subs went through a lot of modifications, the UK had their own as well, which were different from the others.
Now I'm just waiting on some Tamiya putty to come in so I can start texturing the hull.

Thank you everyone, just wrapped this build up. Lots of sanding, but once the hull sections are done, it goes quickly.

Thanks guys. I actually did weather it a little, but I kept it very slight. Like on the upper superstructure my pinwash came out pretty heavy so I went over it again with the airbrush. Struck to a little dry-brushing and edge highlighting with a pencil
