Considering my handicap on this one, it didn't turn out too badly. I purchased the kit on E-Bay about 2 years ago, as it filled in one of the gaps in my US Fighters collection. It was listed as a Wilde Sau resin kit, but I could find NO reference to this kit under that mfg anywhere on the internet. The only kit I COULD find was the Alliance kit (above) in Scalemates, but from the photos, I could tell that this wasn't the same kit. Some of the molding of the parts differed. The kit came with NO decals, and more importantly NO instruction sheet. It wasn't THAT much of a problem, but with no 3-view diagrams, I discovered after attaching the wings to the fuselage, that the wing roots were molded with NO dihedral, which seemed a bit strange, and when I eventuually found some pics on the interwebs to help me in positioning the decals, I discovered there should have been a couple of degrees of dihedral. However, buy then I'd painted the bird and I didn't want to risk snapping the resin trying to remove and reposition the wings, so I left it. Ah well - it still looks pretty nice.

Nice representation of the original fighter!
May be this was the CMK kit?
Alliance Models is looong out of business. I have the 1:48 kits of that company and build one of it. They were all cast in this old yellow hard resin.
May be someone sells casts of old kits on ebay.

@Bughunter, well this kit WAS purchased from E-Bay, without box, without decals, and without instructions, so it's still possible it could have been in someone's stash for decades before being sold. However, I don't think it is, based on a photo I saw of the parts.
