Not sure on what interior color. Looking at your box cover, it looks like they went with white to match the flames. If your going to use the decals i would be thinking of light color so the interior pop's out rather than blending in. Say maybe a light cream tone. The people i would ask are car guys like Villers De Vos and Kyle Dehart
