Phil MarcheseThere were two distinct "tools" of this kit. The first was a smooth surface in a somewhat soft plastic.
The second was a much harder plastic with surface details.
There were allegedly to wrappers (sleeve boxes) for the smooth version.
Thus there should be a timeline for this product, but if there is, it isn t visible now.

Mike PullenIt still requires a full kit hence it falls under detail set description though.
