One of my favourite shops and they also have a large range of small scale figures.
Hecker&Goros has a special Kogge crew set, but I think you can find and combine a crew quite easily

Hello Daniel, wow your wood effect looks really great. I'm working on this model my self at the moment and I'm unsure how to paint it. Maybe you can give me some tipps?
Did you paint it first in the light color with acrylic as it can be seen on the interior and then used the oil color? How much did you thin the oil color?

Hi mates. @kavitaet I prepainted the whole body with matt clear primer.
Than Burnt Sienna (No 309) oil paint by Lukas Studio with increasingly strong dilution in several layers (approx. 3 passages) applied with a cut sponge with fleece and work with a dry brush over it. And let it dry in between every layer.
