Hey Urban, your model is great but why didnt you put a washing on it? Besides, you seem to have a pretty good taste for single malt´s!

Thanks! I didn't know 'bout washes at the time I built this one! Yeah I like a wee dram from time to time...
14 November 2011, 19:19

Yeah a Glen Morangie from time to time, is a nice add to a modelproject!😢

I, for example, like to do something good to me, whilst building. But i still have to stop before i ruin something. Nevertheless, a good wine or cold beer and a nice cigar is a garanty for a nice moment in modeling!😢

Absolutely! But i have to say that, sometimes, when the booze-effect comes a lil bit, the ideas are very inspiring!
14 November 2011, 19:46

The most inspired ideas isn't allways the best ones but they can be a really good start for something greater later on.

Beautiful build but I must aak how did you make the rust on the tracks
It looks really nice
13 November 2013, 12:07

Thanks mate! The tracks is way to rusty for a tank in action though. The rust is made with different rust coloured pigments.
13 November 2013, 12:16

verry nice work mate, but you commander might get in really bad trouble cause the weels are painted...😉
13 November 2013, 12:25

Thanks mate! I know that camouflaged wheels is extremely visible durin' movement but I didn't think of it at all back when I built this one.
13 November 2013, 12:28

The commander is in even bigger trouble, because he stole some Waffen SS camo overall😉
Great King Tiger. How is the Cavalier zimmerit?
13 November 2013, 15:32

Hehe, thanks mate! The Cavalier Zimmerit was really ok to work with, not as crisp as the zimmerit that ATAK makes but ok.
13 November 2013, 15:38

Thanks! But I'm not satisfied with the tracks, they're way too rusty. But it's an really old model by me now.

from my point of view depend of the environment where the tank was. It looks nice!!!
