Model built from a Hobbycraft Piper L4 kit "Grasshoper", 1/48 scale, with several conversions specially in the windows and engine to turn it into a Piper PA 18. This aircraft was owned by Luftwaffe ace pilot Gerhard Thyben who lived in Cali, Colombia. In 2003 I flew in it with his son Gerhard Thyben Jr . The figures represent two friends modelers of Cali.
