Several photos can be found in the Heinz Nowarra's "Die 109" book as well as in the "Detmold airpark portfolio" proving this version did exist. Jean-Claude Mermet took the effort to identify the configuration as much as possible (NECTAR-F 060-31222-05). Whether this version was pressurised is debatable. G-AS manual suggests it was. Armed with this information I chose to represent a pressurised classic canopy. As for the scheme - none of the photos show a full scheme. I've tried to deduct the scheme based on partially available information. Unit is unknown as well as an identifier. Due to lack of this information in this department I chose to refrain from applying fictitious numbers and unit markings.
This version can mostly be built from the excellent Eduard offering of Bf 109G-6/AS (Profi: 82163, WE:84169). The only thing missing is the actual classic pressurised cabin canopy and the corresponding armor plate which I scavenged from Eduard's Bf 109G-6 Late (Profi: 82111).
