A favourite from my youth...

Looking to get 2025 underway with a fresh build and something I have wanted to do for a while. Hoping to build and display Frederick Forsyth's fictional scene of the DH100 Vampire landing at 'RAF Minton', with the Shepherd DH98 Mosquito flying by.

Forsyth quoted hi own FT/Sgt instructor who said “It is the only jet the RAF has ever sent into the sky that has no ejector seat. And no one has ever escaped from a dying Vampire. You either fly in it or die in it.”
