Airfix Boomerang 1/72 2024-11 (1:72)

ex blister pack, 1973. Kit built out of the pack, but as the decals were shot, I was fortunate enough to have another modeler donate a set from a Special Hobby kit. I used a lot of those, and also added the wire antenna's. The build depicts aircraft A46-93 radio sign “QE-S” of RAAF 4sq. in Papua New Guinea, July 1943.

It went together well and is one of those I built as a kid - and still had even more fun this time around. Enjoy!
