Zvezda 1/48 LaGG-3 66 Series

LaGG-3, 9 IAP of the Air Force of the Black Sea Fleet of the USSR Navy. Spring 1944.

Primed with Mr. Surfacer 1500 black, silverbased and painted with with MRP, weathered with Abteilung-based homemade wash, MRP exhaust soot and AMMO Oulbrusher.

Position lights were painted with DSPIAE chrome pen with Tamiya clear enamels on top.

Only aftermarket used is New Ware mask set and INIFNI MODEL “1/48 Aero Rigging Black” for the wire antennas.
