Beautiful resin barrel with the collimator ontop of the muzzle as a printed part. There is a metal rod cast into the barrel to have it straight. Many fine details all over the barrel, like the small locking clamps of the sleeve around the gun and a realistic droop of the rubber sleeve on the rear end. The muzzle also has fine rifling inside. There is a seam line from the casting mold, that has to be sanded away and some ribs of the rubber sleeve are a bit deformed, but all in all, a big improvement over the Tamiya and Trumpeter kits.
