Good job with the snow, very realistic.I like the weathering of the vehicles as well.

What the hell does the radio-operator in the right transmission-accesshatch? Is his own hatch damaged or welded, so he can't escape? 😉

nicely done liking the snow and ice effects 🙂
be sure to take some pics in sunlight with a decent backdrop to add some more realism 😉 😄

Unhappy times... Very well made I must say. What 'snow' did you use ?

Thanks. Snow is from AK Interaktive (AK-8009 , 8010 , AK-8011)

Well done. Very nice use of the snow. Subtle enough to allow the tall grass to show through.

Very inspiring work, your snow work is excellent. patchy with grass and water etc, and not all level. I am trying to do a similar period, I think, in 1/16 with tank riders and this will provide some great inspiration. May I ask, what period have you set it, Kharkov etc? The reason I ask is I'm trying to work out colour reference for the figure painting, wheteher the crew had white jackets or grey etfc and same for the supporting infantry. I'm no expert on the various german uniforms and when they were introduced and so thought you may ahve already worked this out for your time period. Great work.

Thank you Scott. Yes the scene represents the retreat in 1943 near Kharkov. I'm not sure, but I think there were already winter camouflage jackets
