Erik cheers.
Hans thank you. 2 ways you could the streaks
1- think of drybrushing but with an airbrush: hold the ab as much parallel to the surface as possible, use your wrist to control the airbrush and you'll get a streak.
2- ultra high tech method of using a post-it: since it has a straight edge aim the ab a little bit above the edge within the paper, overspray outta post-it will cause a razor sharp streak.

Thomas that makes the 2 of us since the camo is going to be the usual 3 tone rlm 74 75 76, i am a bit skeptical but we'll see how it goes.🙂

I agree. If the pre-shading looks this cool, I can't wait to see the actual finish.

Roland no particular reason except that i like to toy around with the airbrush.😄

@Nathan: hopefully once the sheen is knocked down (unsure how to tackle that yet) it will be easier to see all the work. we'll see. 🙂

Amazing job Murad. Extremely nice, maybe a bit too weathered for most folks but I certainly like it!! Wil look closely at yours when I build mine!

Erik thanks a bunch.
it's a good kit but word of caution: canopy comprise of 6 parts and their fit and allignment was murder, not because they don't fit, they do however making that many parts conform to the fuselage was the tricky part.
initially i decided to close it all up to make alignment easier however at the moment of truth when the masks came off, obviously there was a leak and the inside was foggy so i had to surgically remove the windows to clean it from the inside. if you look closely you can see the damage to the edges of the open parts. i'd say it was a save, but barely. so please be extra careful with the canopy section. kit doesn't have anything else to mention negatively imho. awaiting your build now. 🙂
