Your photo albums are a masterclass 👍 Does the "RAL8020 Washable" go straight on over the base coat, or is there something in-between to allow the chipping?

Hi Tom, is over glossy clear coat, for clean chipping I don't like to use this color directly over the base cause tends to leave stains
