Don´t use anything but distilled water and an ultrasonic device to clean the parts! No solvents, white spirit, or anything else! Ask me how I know...

Every so often there seem to be some problems with the printing of 3D parts, so they get polluted/encrusted when cleaning with white spirit et all.

ShapeWays knows this and it makes sense to send them a complaint in case...
