Thx.😎👍🏻 You're right It was all in OD but I just want to put my personal touch on the dullness of monochromatic look. And who can say that there wasn't something similar during the war period. 😉 There's plenty of work ahead.

You're right Andrej, OD is dull and it would be a pity to cover up that nice wood effect. I've started this kit and left it in frustration as my OD paintwork is monochrome and dull. My shading isnt as good as yours.

Mr. James, I have used Vallejo UD Olive Drab with shading using Tamiya Panel Line accent and then coated with AlClad Flat Coat. My P-38J project. Seemed okay to me. Perhaps you could resurrect your project?

Thanks Marlin. Most if not all my airbrushing is Tamiya acrylic. I use Vallejo for brushing. Your P38 does look good, Maybe i need a rethink.
