T64 BV ukrainian defenders of Lysychansk

 

I tried to get the wood colour by adding oil paint dots 

This is the base finished with earth and grass 

the base primed 

 

I tried to get some visiual interests with different green tones. After all the weathering nearly nothing is left. 

To get the realistic camo net i bought a camo net, glued it onto a net i coloured green, put it on with wire and then glued paper strips onto it. I then coloured the paper strips black, brown and khaki. 

I was too lazy to mask so i handpainted the camo. Turned out ok and was refined through weathering. 

 

 

The small ukrainian flag is made from copper wire and tinfoil. I used AK real colour markers to paint it
