Primer added. Bottom and sides painted RLM76 (Vallejo Model Air) Shading added to top of fuselage and wings.

Vallejo Model Air RLM81 added to wings and fuselage. Jet engines added. Mottling of RLM81 and RLM82 added to sides of fuselage and tail plane. Mottling of RLM76 added to sides of jet engines. 🙂

I wasn't satisfied with the mottling on the sides, so I did a bit more work on them adding more RLM81 and RLM82. I think I can now move on to the next stage (RLM24 on the nose) 🙂

Sadly, i missed your work when it started : next time, no extra fuel tank on a single place aircraft, they lacked the necessary circuits. The A-1a variant couldn't, for the same reason, drop bombs or anything else : only A-2a could ! The aircraft used for W.Gr. 21 trials had been specifically modified (two aircraft if memory is correct). Models makers often show things which could not be met in the reality : so did Tamiya with its 1/48 Me 262 kit... but those options can be useful if you have studied the subject. Otherwise nice paint ! Regards.

I'm afraid I built it out of the box following the instructions as provided by Revell. Thanks for the observation Transall NG, it just goes to show that the model manufacturers are not infallible. 👍
