Rod - AutorThese are a really nice kit. Kinda simple, but excellent pars fit. Aiming for a speed build on this one, just get it done! Shame they don't do a standard trans-am model from the same tooling.

Christian WI agree. This kit is fantastic. The proportions are all right and the fitting quite good. On my point of view and with comparison to my 88 Firebird, I only see two parts, whose not quite right: the PMD-seats: the "hole" in the headrest is to square - mostly on the bottom. The rear hatch (glass): also to edgy. Especially the edge which runs from the topp of the b-pillar to the metal thinig where the rear spoiler will be mounted on.

Rod - AutorI'm a bit disappointed with the paint on this one. I was given a box of paints by another modeler for free and I used some of it on this model. What was supposed to be gloss black must have had flattening agent put in it! Body looked like a blackboard after the first coat. I tried to sand and polish then use gloss but 3 coats later the matt finish wouldn't go away 🙁 There's no clear coat, just polished black lacquer.

SpanjaardPity aoshima isno longer making the led scanner, I would love to get one but I will not pay the prices being asked for it nowadays.....

Rod - AutorPaint on the nose, bonnet and spoiler is bothering me. It's not so obvious in the pics. Almost made me buy another and start over.
