go to album, click on manage, select advance options, and choose the correct orientation 🙂

The rotational info is in the exif information of these pictures. Either you rotate them in your picture viewer (most pre-installed can do simple functions like this) or you try an online photo editing software. Alternatively you can try to delete all the exif information (with an online tool).
