This kit actually was released in Australia with RAAF decals.
I never had one but I have seen it at a guy's house when I purchased some kits from him.
It had one of those Australian forces insignia stickers on the box lid that you see

Yeah, I didn't use the kit decals as the Italeri/ESCI kangaroo roundels look like fat wallabies! The Roodecals RNZAF/RAAF sheet gave me what I needed.
