Hawker Typhoon Airfix 1/72

This is the model of a Typhoon Mark 1b based in France in 1944 of 183 Squadron.
The old model is quite basic but rewarding eventually. This model I had a bit of a mare with and had to strip off the camo paint and start all over again. Decals were a bit of a challenge, especially the stripe around the fuselage, a number of them fell apart and had to be put back together. 🙁 Now finally complete, fairly pleased with my first attempt at a bit of weathering...
