- Opened in the early 80s, this great store specializes in railroading and scale plastic modeling. Lots of inventory and is able to order anything you need. Tamiya and Humbrol paints, painting supplies and other tools for all types of kits. Fantastic section of Hasegawa and Tamiya kits. Including AMT, Revell. Nice selection of hard to find cars, planes and Scifi items. Ships globally and across the street. 3.5 miles from O'Hare airport. If visiting the Chicago area, it's worth a stop to say Hi and look around.
