This is a Revell 1/57 scale X-Wing. It was painted (99% Airbrushed) with various paints including SMS and Vallejo Model Air and some Alclad 2 metals. Finish was with Flory model washes and AK and Vallejo pigment powders. I stressed and scratched a lot of the decals on purpose as I wanted this to look like it had been around a while. The base was a rush job as I got bored and wanted to move on!
It was a bit of a strange kit being a cross between a kit and a toy. It was all snap together so although there were not any fit issues, it didn't exactly go together without compromises. I decided to leave all the gaps that resulted due to the snap together nature as I didn't want to spend a lot of time trying to fix them.
