GlennHi, Augie just wondering you hand paint yes? After doing the lightest shade do you ever trace on with a graylead pencil the next outline so you don't have to keep looking back at the paintguide! Makes things easier and allows you to apply the paint without looking back to the paint guide all the time! I still hand paint some small subjects but only using Humbrol i won't even bother with acrliyics they dry too fast for hand painting and streak. After the paint drys (using matt paint) I buff the finish lightly with a cloth leaving a nice semi sheen finish also smooths out light brush marks. and removes that dusty matt look.

Augie AuthorHi Glenn, yeah thats how i usually do it. I tried using pencil for pannel lines on this... Didnt work to well
