Thanks Folks! Well I think it this Chrome blows Alclad and AK Extreme out of the water.... Works really well! And all the Gaia paints I have used all work very well. Primers/Solid colors/Metalics....

what type are those, poison in a bottle like Alclad? acrylics? somewhere in between? (i am airbrushing in the living room....) it really has a fantastic finish...

From their website (tatsuhobby.com): "Gaia Paints or Gaianotes are lacquer based paints that are popularized by modelers in Japan."
Indeed a fantastic finish.

thanks Johan, that is good to know. but is that their website, or simply a shop in Japan? i thought their site was gaianotes.com and they seem to have webshop (most of it in Japanese)

Thanks Folks! Yes the Chrome as well as the bulk of the colors from Gaia are Lacquer, But they do enamels as well. These are getable in the US on amazon, but sadly this Chrome is not. I talked to the vendor and they say the price is to high to be cost effective to them, I have seen a few online websites that will ship them too...... Just do a google search...

Spanjaard, you're right. Tatsuhobby is a webshop, Gaianotes is the website of the brand, in japanese, that - even after several visits to Japan - I can't read

OMG that looks amazing!!! Too bad this item is considered to contain " Hazardous Materials" by shipping companies, and can't get this in the Netherlands 🙁
The whole world can get covid, but this product they won't ship lol
