Thanks a lot Bjorn. Likewise with your amazing builds. These WnW kits are just brill. Looking forward to their new Handley Page. Need to start saving the pennies now; wingnutwings.com/ww/product?productid=3204

It´s always a pleasure to watch what the Great War aviation gang produces 🙂 The cockpits, dials, wood, cloth & metal effect, great stuff, very nice progress 👍 And again, the dandy chesterfield upholstery in the cockpit... just 👍 👍

That's really nice. Great job, especially with the weathering, which looks spot on, to my eye.

Thank you very much Mark. I was pleased with the weathering. Could of taken it further really but didnt want to screw it up. These kits aint cheap! - but worth it.

every minute of concentration was worth it, a beautiful model you have succeeded 👍 👍 👍

Beautiful result 👍 Very nice attention to detail & it all looks just so consistent, good job! I like the great War version of the D-day stripes too😉

Thanks very much Slavo. Such a great kit, but they take a long time. Fairly complex rigging - the aileron control wires are all external. Bit odd that - surely they would get shot through exposed like that. Cheers.

Thanks James. Next up for WnW is the lovely Jeannin Stahltaube; [img1]
Looking forward to that. No ailerons at all on that one.

Thank you very much Tim, Nathan, Oleg, David and Forest Fan.

Fantastic work Mike. I've only done 1 Wingnut Wings kit so far, a Sopwith Pup RFC - tricky but enjoyable. Any suggestions on good Wingnut Wings kits?

Thanks very much Steve. As to suggestions well they are all great. Its a personal choice. Sadly Wingnut stopped trading about a year ago due to Covid. Maybe they will come back one day. Still plenty available second hand but prices can be sky high. Have a look at the Wingnut Wing Fans FB page. A great source of info and inspiration. Also good for picking up kits secondhand.

Thanks Jim J and Kerry Cox and Neuling. Yes they do reward patience. Very sad they are no longer trading. Lukgraph seem to be picking up some of the slack. Guess the market will pick up after Covid.
