Great looking interior, Roland. The seatbelts and Instrument panel are very impressive.
I was looking at a flying club in Norway that has one for rent, but its 2100 Nkr per hour. That works out to about $360 Canadian. A little too rich for me...

Thank you for your comments, Gordon and Björn!
Cool! Must be exciting modelers view to have the skills to fly these magnificant machines in 1:1 -which we are building in scale!

Roland - Really nice cockpit detailing on this - the 'greenhouse' canopy should mean little gets hidden (for a change!) 👍 🙂

Thank you guys for these kind comments!
Roland is doing a 1:72 every time when he can´t resist a subject- and no other scale is available 🙂)

A few pictures of the Safir with decals on. The Heller decals are pretty good- one of the best decal-experiences I have ever had. Who would have expected this? 🙂

I would! Unless they are off the register, often happened to their older sets 🙂

Gentlemen, my in every sense small excursion into the 72 scale has produced a result. With the Maestro-Model etched parts this quite nice but little detailed kit from Heller can be seriously upgraded. The raised structures were simply ground flat, sometimes engraved. I was especially impressed by the decals- this time! 🙂

Lovely foray into 1/72, you should explore it more often for sure 👍

That's a sweet Safir! You seem to be quite at home with the small scale too! Great build, and incredibly fast too! 🙂 Now I am really itching for a Swedish SK 50, as they were called here. BTW, some guys at my flying club here in Sweden own a nicely preserved one, so it's not too far for references...

Another great looking model, Roland! The NMF and Day-glo finish (Finnish!) came out looking fantastic!

Many thanks Lukasz, Thomas, Gordon, Jürgen and Derek! I will stick to this scale, that is for sure...
Thank you for all motivating comments and remarks!
