Thank You for your kind words Roland. They are not all scissors, most are hemostats. I used to be a Medic, so kind of collected them over the years. I use them to hold parts while painting.

Great finish, you even did the topside fuel-tank version 👍 Very nice redcoat Lightning!

Thank you very much Slavo and Neuling. I am very glad you like it. I had a hard time deciding which color scheme to do, but chose this one as I have not seen many in it. Seems like everyone chooses the NMF schemes.

Nice finish Clifford. I like that color scheme with the top mounted fuel tanks. I definitely want to build mine in a grey scheme now.

Not BMF? Heretics! All of you! 😄 (Weird thing is I like the one with solid green upper surface most - so I'm a heretic too....) Nice version of the late lo vis colours, Stormrider.

Nicely done Clifford. I've not seen that sort of external tank configuration before either. Very interesting 👍

Thank you very much Nathan, playtime 222 and Jim C for your kind words. @ Nathan, I thought the Grey scheme was very cool. It was different from what you normally see.

Playtime 222, I think the F6 was the only version that carried that tank configuration. But not 100% sure. The Saudi's bought a version that could carry underwing tanks or bombs.

Nice F6. I currently glueing a 1/72 F6 in the same paint scheme. Coincidently the red turned out "darker" as I thought it should be - but I am relieved now to see your red looks quite similar. Nice work 👍

Thank you very much Juergen. I think the red was supposed to be scarlet but all I could find was British crimson.

There is no version with underwing tanks 😄 Turn your model over and look at where the uc bays are 😄 And yes, I think the overwing tanks were originally for the Saudis.

I stand corrected sir. Somehow I got the idea that they had developed a underwing system for the Saudi's.

While on the subject of fuel - have you heard the joke Q - 'How does one obtain a lightning?' A- Simply wait near Binbrook and wait for one to run out of fuel.

Thank you very much for your kind words, Erik Michael, Tim Daniel and Jos. They are much appericiated. @ Michael, the resin bits you sent me are in there mate. Thank you again very much for them.
