I would describe myself as an intermediate modeller with a passion for WWII British vehicles; specifically those of 11th, 79th and 7th Armoured Divisions. I particularly enjoy the processes of painting, weathering and scratch-building my own stowage. Sadly my skills with dioramas and figures are pretty basic but I'm working on these slowly.
I'm happily married to another Doctor who is more than tolerant of my obsession. The four children have all enjoyed being taught the basics of the hobby and our youngest son - 7 years old - looks as though he will become far more skilled than his father.
