Academy

First of several Apache's I have, starting with Academy building up to the Takom collection. First attempt at building PE parts properly for the cockpit. Continuation of practising shadows and panel lines. I really enjoyed this build , not a real lot to it though to build though fantastic as a training project. First use of MIG 'Shaders' which had limited effect however did really get results from the MIG Filters which i found to be brilliant. Decals were thin and quite difficult to work with especially as i had put the missile racks on before trying to do the snake. Hence had to go with the sharks teeth in the end. In future may want to use a different shade of grey as the decals were hidden . Once again the glass cleaner was a fantastic way of hiding any cockpit sins. In future will be attempting more detail in the cockpit however enjoyed the results from this . Overall very happy with the build and the end result.
