HMS Pegasus 1776

This is my second wooden ship model. I am replacing a lot of the kit wood with nicer woods to "paint with wood" - for example, using redheart, boxwood, maple, etc. I'm also planning on carving the figurehead.

Along with plans that I have from the National Maritime Museum, I'm using the four volume set of The Fully Framed Model from David Antscherl, which is a great compendium for learning how to build wooden models.
