Longtime modeler with a few long periods without touching a kit. I'm currently injured on workers comp. & probably will be for some time. Had a stash tucked away in a closet & now I'm back in. And no, Bonehead is not my last name LMAO

I don't generally strive for "perfection" in my models. I do this for fun & to relax. I do try to make each one better than the last, but I usually don't worry if that shade of RLM82 is "correct" or this panel line should be "here" for an E-model or whatever. I don't enter contests (even though I've been told I should with a few things I've built), I have even been known to completely make up squadron markings/colors/stripes/bands just because I think it looks cool 🙂 Most of my circle of "real life" friends don't have any idea what's "correct" and all but a couple couldn't care less about building models! I like doing "what-ifs" or "whiffers" for these reasons. No one can say "That's wrong!" LOL
