Prolific kit basher of youth, then lapsed, then rekindled for reasons, lapsed again, now refound the hobby for new reasons.
Aiming to model all of the types that dad flew in WWII through training (South Africa & Egypt) and operationally (Middle East and Europe). Choosing to do it the hard way by individually modelling the initial a/c he soloed on, and any other significant kites he had drama with. In 1/48 scale too but will use 1/72 for trials.
