Hello everyone. I first started with this hobby at the age of ~15 and kept it up for round about 2 years until i got an internet connection which "took" the very most of my time thenceforward. In 2011 with 25 years of age i remebered the fun i had scale modelling and slowly relaunched the activity.
As you can see in my stash database I mostly own Kits in 1/72 scale with military background. World War 2 was always a topic suscitating my interest, which is the reason for a big proportion of assembly kits out of this timespan i have collected.
Beside my predilection for (also modern) russian military Kits I frequently change my "traditional" 1/72 scale to 1/35 because of visual reasons. To put it in another way, it happens that I see a tank/plane/etc. and MUST have it. 🙂
Because i am an economical person, the most of my Kits are obtained from ebay auctions. It's a good cause that modelling doesn't quite correlate with the speed of our modern society. So I have enough time waiting for a good price on ebay while i can spend almost endless hours building the Kits i already got.
By the way, I'd like to show respect for many members of this community and their impressive builds. Viewing other peoples projects is alway inspiring and reminds me of the long way to master this hobby.
Have fun everyone. 😉
