My first attempt at building a 1:700 scale ship, my first attempt at a German WW2 Kriegsmarine paint scheme, my first attempt at using elastic thread for rigging and my first attempt at a water base.

This is basically just to prepare to be able to later on turn my 1:350 scale ship kits into decent models.
