The Russian-made Ural-4320 truck was used by the Iraqi Army as a mobile SAM battery command post. The wheel arrangement for the Ural-4320 was designed for transiting all types of roads and terrain. This vehicle was a high value target, as it enabled communications among air defense radars operators and SAM missile crews.
