With a bit of luck the weather today was great for the outdoor shots of the finished Halberstadt D.II.
Have fun with the pictures and hit the keys on your keyboard if you like it!

Really amazing, I also like how you do your photoshoots with the base and background

Nice photography, the fact that it is a beautiful subject helps. Not sure what to say it's so good.

Congratulations!!! Awesome result and I love the outdoor pictures 👏💪

That's great and inspiring again. 👍
Looking at your photos makes me want also to build a model from the prehistoric days of aviation. 🙂

Absolutely unbelievable, Frank!! I have run out of words, I have no superlatives to describe this. I'd say I was speechless but I'm here babbling on. Your model building and photography are always next level. I love this.

Beautiful work on a unique subject in a more difficult resin medium. The photos with the countryside as backdrop really enhance an already striking aircraft.

Thank you very much mates for all of your wonderful comments!
When my wife saw the first picture yesterday, she said she wanted to jump in and fly away 🙂
@Erik and all the visitors/exhibitors of the EME in Lingen in March: I will have this model with me, so you have a chance to see this small beast with your own eyes.

The subtle painting adds to this creation, even without the dramatic cloudy sky! Congratulations on this beauty 🙂

Who could possibly be bored seeing your beautiful biplanes? 😉
I'm certainly not, they are always a pleasure to wonder at.

Many thanks to you as well!
Now I'm curious to see what other modellers make from this kit.

Servus Frank, all the praise is well deservd. I don't know which pic I like the most.
Nr 5, because of the inflight position? Or 8, where the shiny rigging plays with the shadows. Is it 19, looking into the exhaust?
I believe I'm lacking of imagination...

Thanks everyone!
@Mike: Yes, I like it colorful in my cabinet so the color scheme was the reason to do this marking.
And sorry Christoph for the high number of pictures. The outdoor pics are nice, but the pics in light tent shows more details. I like 1 and 8 too 🙂

Another beauty, and so realistic with this photography. My compliments👍🏻!

Thank you Rick and Alec!
Dick, I must admit that it would be much more complicated to photograph your giant birds in this way! 😉

In meantime I got a wonderful feedback from LukGraph 👍
And yes, LukGraph mentioned, that this is a difficult kit! So I suggest that if you want to build your first biplane, you should choose a different topic!
