Oliver ZwienerFollowing - the passion for model making began with exactly this kit. My Tomcat hung under my ceiling until I was of legal age.

TreehuggerSomehow I am reminded of the Airfix Vosper motor torpedo boat (export version afaik), a kit I remember my brother built when I was young, and I bought the kit myself as an adult some 30+ years later. An interesting modding project.

Alberto AutorHi Oliver, that build looks fantastic... I go red in the face when showing my Tomcat. I like the comparison between the instructions. By the way, I was born in 1970 and still have a few of the old models pending to be built (you can check my stash and the models I've built, you might recognise a few)
