Thanks for your kind words. I am not sure what 'nmf' means. 'Natural metal finish'? It was my first try with Alclad metal paints.

I have a lot of old Heller kits in my stash, some are crude, but some are rather good. The Thunderjet is one of the better ones, even very good. It was a pleasant build. So I decided to build my other Heller kits - except the crude ones 🙂

Excellent work on these old kits, Johan. I haven`t tried the AK Extreme metals, but it looks like it went down very nice. I have a couple of these kits in my stash to do one day, hope they come out as nice as yours!

I had this old Heller kit (1978) for ages in my stash and finally I finished it.
It's an old but a very nice kit. The result is not perfect, but I think it's a good representation of this nice airplane.
