I'm lousy when it comes to figure paintin' n' the last one I did was back in 2007 n' it didn't turn out well so I've stayed clear of figures since then but here's a try to make it at least passable. I'm gonna try some different techniques on this one, a bit trial n' error so to speak.

MartinI wouldn't say you're lousy at all! You did a great job on this one. As I said at 'The Zone', you've captured the weary look on this elderly gentleman's face very well.

Mike KryzaHi Urban, I saw today your work and your comments to your Italian tankers. In this way a gave you the tip looking at the DVD from Olivér Kovács "Painting a 1/35 Scale Figure with Acrilic Colours" by MXpression.
It`s a very good material for paintig figures. Your figure looks good and I think you're on the right way too. I believe we always take too thick colours and to learn how the right dilution is is not even an easy way.
