THY Turkish Airlines B-727 TC-JBR Afyon

On Jan 16th 1983, Turkish Airlines flight TK158 from Istanbul Atatürk Airport (LTBA) crashed 0.5 miles short of runway 03 at Ankara Esenboga Airport (LTAC) due to bad weather (snow and windshear). 47 of the passengers were fatally injured, whereas 7 crew and 13 passengers at the front survived. I had a ticket for this flight. I was early at the airport, so fortunately I took the previous flight TK164, another B-727. I sharply remember my flight, as well, going around twice only to land at third attempt. Now I decide to build this model. B-727 2F2/Adv. S/N: 21603, 1389 Engines: 3 x P&W JT8D-15 15550lbs of thrust each.
